The Senior Director, Service Delivery serves as the senior leader of the IT organization, under the VP of IT, responsible for the design, development, security, release and maintenance of technology systems and services for all enterprise business functions. This technical, operations-centered senior leadership role supports the transition to an agile and innovative business-oriented IT organization. This position is expected to work primarily with internal customers, building strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders, driving innovation and differentiated IT strategy, and improving the business value of IT. This position is expected to be able to act on behalf of the VP as directed.
The Information Security Manager‘s (ISM) role is to develop, interpret, and implement the security program requirements for the technology analysts, engineers and administrators in the IT organization. The ISM must be able to analyze and interpret the IT-risk requirements and constraints of the business into technical security requirements and specifications, as well as develop risk metrics for ongoing security performance measurement and reporting. The ISM coordinates with the IT organization's technical activities to develop, implement and manage IT security infrastructure, and to provide regular risk status and service-level reports to management. The ISM role implements security policies developed by the Director/Architect of IT Security.
The Site Reliability Engineering Manager’s (SREM) role is to be responsible and take ownership for reliability, scalability, automation, and other supporting activities that ensure maximum uptime and availability of Raley's IT platforms. Develops and implements the reliability engineering program requirements for the technology analysts, engineers and administrators in the IT organization. The SREM must be able to analyze and interpret the IT-reliability requirements and constraints of the business into technical requirements and specifications, as well as, develop reliability metrics for ongoing performance measurement and reporting.
The Senior Retirement Plans Analyst provides essential services and analysis of Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and Retiree Medical Plans for Raley’s and subsidiary companies. The Senior Retirement Plans Analyst focuses on assisting team members to make the transition from working to retirement through plan administration, pension calculations and distributions, retirement education materials, and group and individual consultation. This role carries out plan administration responsibilities in partnership with third-party Analysts and the Raley’s manager of Retirement plans. This job classification requires basic knowledge of ERISA, applicable sections of the Internal Revenue Code and Department of Labor Regulations; and a thorough understanding of plan documents, plan administrative and operational requirements.
Under general supervision, performs a variety of general clerical duties in support of specific department programs and initiatives. Responsibilities include: maintaining documentation and files, entering and maintaining data in the human resources information system(s), researching and resolving routine to moderately complex inquiries and discrepancies according to established procedures, preparing and distributing routine reports, complying with applicable regulatory requirements and union contract rules and performing function duties as assigned. This job classification requires general knowledge of office procedures and regulatory requirements in area of specialty, the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and demonstrated organizational and problem solving skills.
The Raley’s Service Center Manager develops and guides the strategy for customer response and upholds the organization’s commitment to the customer experience through management of the seven-day, centralized customer contact center. The Raley’s Service Center Manager is responsible for tactics to deliver on a customer response strategy that mitigates customer concerns with both our customer promises and business goals in mind; shares the voice of the customer with leaders across the business to inform organizational decisions; and addresses current and future technology needs to support
efficient and effective customer response. In addition to the Raley’s Service Center, the manager oversees the operations of the company Print Shop.
