The Director of Loyalty and Customer Engagement will provide expertise, vision and leadership to drive customer engagement with our Something Extra members whether they shop online or in the store. With a growth mindset and a focus on innovation; this position will define and implement strategies that successfully build profitable, long-term customer relationships leading to greater share of wallet and brand affinity. The Banking Specialist performs a variety of routine, specialized administrative accounting functions under general supervision in support of assigned department. The role provides for the accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts including payments, refunds while maintaining and tracking information on a variety of spreadsheets, accounts and files. The Banking Specialist works with other accounting functions to process, audit and verify financial data and respond to inquiries.
