Under the supervision of the Food Service Team Leader or Assistant Deli/Bakery Lead. A Bakery Clerk is responsible for customer service, ensuring the availability of product, work area clean up, and maintenance of equipment and cases.
Preps and sets up morning baking production of items.
Prepares and serves food to meet the needs of our customers.
Receives and stores food products to maintain freshness.
Prepares foods according to Raley’s recipes.
Serves customers in a cheerful, helpful manner. This includes suggestive selling and sampling.
Maintains the entire work area in a clean and sanitary condition and follows all safety procedures.
Food Service/Preparation experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Product knowledge helpful.
Shifts can begin as early as 12 AM.
