The primary function of a Cake Decorator is to decorate cakes, prepare, stock, serve and merchandise bakery products to our customers and maintain our high standards of safety and sanitation. A Bakery Clerk/Cake Decorator is responsible for customer service, ensuring the availability of product, work area clean up, and maintenance of equipment and cases.
• Prepares and serves food to meet the needs of our customers.
• Receives and stores food products to maintain freshness.
• Prepares foods according to Raley’s recipes.
• Serves customers in a cheerful, helpful manner. This includes suggestive selling and sampling.
• Maintains the entire work area in a clean and sanitary condition and follows all safety procedures.
