• Employment is contingent upon passing a drug test, pre-employment physical abilities test, as well as a background check. 
• The Raley's Distribution Center is open 24/7/365. 
• The position starts as a part-time, on-call position which includes working holidays, weekends, and will be assigned AM and/or PM On-Call shifts.

*Part-time, on-call is defined as: Availability seven days per week, AM and/or PM shifts. The number of hours per week are not guaranteed, but team members consistently work 32-40 hours per week*

What does a Warehouse Team Member actually do? We're glad you asked! 

• Fill orders using our hands-free voice picking system 
• Operate riding electric pallet jack to pull cases
• Build palletized loads 
• Deliver pallets to dock for shipping

Who makes a good Warehouse Team Member? Are you:

• At least 18 years of age? 
• Able to work a flexible (20 - 40+ hours), rotating schedule? With overtime? On holidays and weekends? 
• A team player?
• Able to operate warehouse machinery and equipment? Or, willing to learn?
• Experienced in working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment? 
• Able to tolerate the temperature (34 -85 degrees)?
• Physically able to perform the duties of the job, with or without accommodation? That is, frequently lifting up to 80 lbs, frequently pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, and reaching.
