We are looking for an detail-oriented Lead Scanner who is accountable and accurate. Our Lead Scanner will execute day to day pricing operations throughout the entire store. They will be responsible for executing all pricing maintenance throughout the store, which involves hanging and removing tags, creating pricing signs, and facilitating weekly audits. The Lead Scanner will ensure a memorable experience to all our customers. A Lead Scanner is a self-starter, can work at a fast pace, and a keen eye for efficiency and organization.

Hourly Pay Rate: $18.73


A Lead Scanner is a detail oriented, friendly Team Member who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and prefers to work overnight and early morning shifts.


A Lead Scanner's responsibilities include

  • Accurately overseeing and executing all pricing maintenance throughout the store.
  • Checks for any price updates from the corporate office, verifies, and changes as needed.
  • Performs weekly scan audits and verifies weekly price accuracy.
  • Works closely with front end cashiers, departments, and leadership to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Represents the store to sales representatives and vendors in a positive and professional manner.


Desired qualifications include:

  • Friendly and customer service oriented.
  • Retail experience desired
  • Self-motivated, with a high attention to detail, quality and presentation
  • Skills to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
  • Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read, understand and follow through on verbal and written directions
  • Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy


Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period:

Standing, Sitting, Lifting + Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending


Must be 18 years of age.
