The Senior Manager of Creative guides all projects and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department. The Senior Manager of Creative will conceptualize and manage execution of Raley’s Brand Story and Style Guidelines for companywide use, ensuring that the look, feel and tone of all brand assets are consistent and correctly utilized across multiple mediums. The incumbent possesses the ability to concept swiftly and energize and inspire teams to manifest ideas while creating and executing a comprehensive brand strategy to meet quarterly and overall business goals and objectives.
Oversees agency pitches and proposals and work closely with Media Manager and Creative Services Project Manager to meet campaign deadlines
