We have a Temporary opportunity for a Raley's Service Agent for a duration of 1-4 months.



Who You Are & How You Will Contribute

As a Temporary Raley’s Service Agent I, you will provide customer service in a manner which increases customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and maximizes customer long-term value to Raley’s. In this role, you will work temporarily in the Raley’s Service Center and strive to provide polite and tactful responses to customer contacts by a variety of communication channels. You will perform accurate and thorough entry of customer contact data into the database; answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle praise and complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.  This job classification requires a genuine desire to help customers, excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in data entry and office software applications.


Estimated length of assignment: approximately 1-6 months, subject to change and may be extended.

Schedule: Must have open availability 7 days/week from 7am-9pm


Must Have:

  • Reliable
  • Open availability to work any day in the week/weekend
  • Experience utilizing social media is helpful
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software applications (spreadsheets, word processing, calendar)
  • Ability to type with sufficient speed and accuracy to perform job functions as required
  • Impressive telephone, email and social media etiquette

PHYSICAL DEMANDS - Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:

  • Sitting; frequent sedentary work.
  • Telephone usage to communicate with internal and external customers, and vendors.
  • Viewing computer monitor; average ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare documents, enter data into computer system and read reports from computer monitor.
  • Keyboarding; use of fingers to make small movements such as typing and mouse usage.


Work is performed in a normal business office environment.
