    An Assistant Team Lead supports the Customer Service Team Leader to supervise front end operations. This role leads the front end when the Customer Service Team Leader is not scheduled and may fill the Operations Team Leader position in his/her absence (e.g. tevening store duties).


    • Must be 18 and over
    • Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
    • Ability to drive sales, reduce losses, and properly staff the department
    • Exceptional leadership skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to successfully delegate and develop team members. 
    • Strong planning and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and react to a variety of situations at one time.
    • Promoting great customer service, while offering our customers the the best products available. 
    • Ability to operate a personal computer and related software including spreadsheet applications.

     This position requires the following physical abilities:

    • Standing for long periods
    • Continuous walking
    • Keyboarding and sitting
    • Bending
    • Lifting up to 50 pounds
