Un Under limited supervision, to provide electrical, mechanical and building maintenance for the production bakery complex.
Employees in this job classification provide electrical, structural, plumbing, mechanical, chiller, boiler, HVAC and refrigeration maintenance services. This job classification requires strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, electromechanical, PLCs,
pneumatic, conveyor systems, welding, fabrication and air conditioning systems and the ability to work with maintenance staff.
Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:
Worked is performed in a food production manufacturing setting in a 24/7 production environment. The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places and low to moderately high temperatures. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Occasional work required on roof or exterior of buildings during inclement weather.
